I took L1 in December 2008 - pass rate 35%. (Only lower number I could see is 34% twice) I took L2 in June 2009 - pass rate 41%. (Only lower numbers I could see are 32% once and 40% once) I am taking L3 in June 2010
Just wait til 2020, lvl III pass rate will be around 15%. We’ll all be glad how lucky we are.
