Not in L2 FRA / equity: say 4 item sets then 17/24=70.8%

That’s how people can fail even though they have >70% in FRA and Equity. One could in theory barely pass L2 with all 50-70% if the MPS is around 65% for that given year.

That failing matrix is shocking though, this guy must have failed equity in an epic manner and equity is definitely one of the easier topics imo.
