I upwote your downvote of the upvote proposal like a true counter-counter-revolutionary. 
Per itera’s suggestion in another thread, how about an “ignore” button? Ignoring trolls on our own is basically impossible and, Chad, you seem opposed to a voting system. So, how about you give us the ability to ignore a user?
A voting system for the WC is a terrible idea and I’m glad we now all agree on that (finally). As I’m a busy man and usually only look at threads several days after they were created, the last thing I want is delegate to others which posts should appear on top and which posts should be hidden. An ignore button is a much better option.
Chad/AF Developer Dude - We do need to see who the mods are. You took away the Boardmember designation. Now (newer) people won’t know who to message about inappropriate posts and salsa dance lesson recommendations.
User Locations should be added back to the Poster Profile, geographic location is pretty important to Career discussions.
