Here is a thought, how about raise awareness on the metabolic syndrome epedimic which is sweeping the planet? Nobody knows what MetS even means, that seems like a problem. Like 50% of people will deleop these markers by age 50 (my stats may be wrong)?? Heart disease, diabetes, stroke, alzheimers, cancer, depression, anxiety, attention deficit, panic attacks, and various other forms of physcial and mental degeneration.
Who cares about some obscure disease nobody gets??
