It’s a minimum of $75k, which is the threshold for filing in federal court. (Amazing coincidence, that!)
With all due respect (and I mean that sincerely; I’m not trying to be a jerk), you’ll have to pay to get the docs to find out.

The lawsuit between Mark and magician is really irrelevant to us CFA candidates! I am using MM materials to prepare for L3 and planning to use magician’s grading service and mocks. I don’t care who is right or wrong (more often than not there isn’t really just one guilty person and there are two sides to the story) but either way, how would finding out help me clear the exam. Irrelevant!
