Hmmm I shall try jelly shoes for rainy days at least…
But I think I’ll pass on Ferragamo! I got some expensive hobbies recently, so and that takes priority now

spunboy:Really?! To swimmers that is. I’m off the market, so I guess doesn’t really matter.
I swim 3000-5000 yards a day, 5 days a week. I have solid 4 pack but can’t seem to get the definition on the last 2. Always figured that swimmers had that extra layer of fat to stay buoyant.
Not the swimmers i see on TV… they are all super lean and tall and wide!
But a little bit of fat is okay too if you’re tall with broad shoulders.
Yes to swimmers…
It’s not that hard to stay in shape. 5 hours a day in the gym? If you do 1 hour of cardio a day 5 days a week and avoid processed food you will be in better shape than 97% of people in the US.
I do this…and I’m still fat. Maybe I should get hormones checked or something.

Don’t skip breakfast, eat RIGHT after you work out, and eat more than 2xs a day (6). Will make your metabolim hum.
And I can just about guarantee that you don’t burn as many calories as you think you do, doing cardio.

any amount of fat is fine and people will look like big fat obese bastards if they feel like.okay?

you should get your hormones checked (seriously)
how intense is your cardio? if you’re not dripping with sweat to the point that you can wring out your t-shirt afterward, you’re not doing cardio the right way. it should be fast and intense. vinyasa yoga is probably one of the best 60 minute exercises on the planet - it’s full body work, fast cardio, and it’s at least a 5:1 F:M ratio
probably has to do with diet as well. eat half as much as you think you should. if you’re still hungry after a half portion size meal, drink a big glass of water. still hungry, drink a second glass. STILL hungry after that, you can eat some mini carrots out of the bag (you can’t blow yourself up with those, they taste pretty good and they have practically zero calories). you’ll piss like a fiend and crap orange but i guaranteed you will lose weight if your meals are portioned correctly in good quality food. if this is too hard, go see a nutrionist – it’s a couple of hundred bucks for someone to design custom easy to prep meals based around your specific goals.

It definitely has to do with what you eat.
What goes in must come out. You can’t be working out intensely and eat healthily and be fat… it just doesn’t make sense!
Yes, the part-time stripper look is in these days.
And, personally, I think these shoes make make women’s feet look like giant rhinestone-encrusted sledgehammers.
But they are good for showing the girl next to you how much more bling you have, which is where I think women find real appeal in them.
To me, they look about as ridiculous as those super long pointy shoes that men used to wear back in the Rennaisance (yes, I was around then, studying for CFA L1). viz: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crakow_(shoe)
Do you think they look that bad?
I think they look okay considering the material and the style… as long as it’s not hooker looking (style wise), i think it can be very elegant with the right dress.
and they aren’t always that “big” some of them look very slim (especially looking from the front) and youc an choose nude colours which blends in with your legs.
Ugh, well, you’re safe from me if you wear them.

HA! So looks DO matter to you. Going to go do some more crunches now…
NANA_Hachiko: krnyc2008:I was born in heels, but it’s really hard to find normal ones (3-3.5’) these days. Sigh.
Right?!!
There are no heels under 10cm these days, 12 is like the norm.
Although i have to say, because of the platform in the front, they are easier to walk in and not as steep.
I am not that tall, thankfully, so i am happy to wear heels when i go out, but if i were supermodel height, i would be shy to wear heels and stand out too much from the crowd.
It’s frustrating!
I am only 5’3" but I refuse to wear anything over 3.5’ (4’ tops). And it takes forever to find it!
Most of them are either flats or “I’d like you to break your neck today, darling” choices.
Or and I only like platform on the heal side, not on the front. Wedges I think?
36-24-36? Only if she’s 5’3"!

Hahaha preach it brotha!
I like big butts. And I cannot lie.
I think its unusual but I am by far most attracted to thick booty asian girls who are about 5’3"-5’0". Im talking 36-24-36 to the point where they may be even chubby at that height, especialy if they have thick lips and a pretty face. I think its kind of an unusual preference.
Shorties of the board, what do you think of the fighter body type, leaner then body builders but more muscular then your yoga going swimmer.

Hair is not a penalty. Neither is lack of it.

String. Mark it with your finger, then measure the length of the string to your mark.

Next time I’ll put “sarcasm” in parentheses:)
HAH… Fair enough. I am currently in a state that removes any and all of my ability to notice sarcasm.
