I have a techincal interview lined up from one of the big 4, Its for transcation advisory service junior level. Could somebody please tell me what type of question(topics) should I aspect.

i will be preparing myself on different valution method like: public comparable, acqusition comparable, DCF, merger consequence, LBO

Is there anything else that i should be top on ?

I’ll be very gratefull if someone could guide me, i badly want this job

Doin so shall get you in line with their expectations and even more. I would also recommend you do a bit of research on recent transactions in the MENA (M&As).

I was reading this thread and wondering how are you doing HP? How is Valuation work going? How did you find the Big 4 culture to be like?
