I would suggest keeping an eye on the website and looking for results there. I remember my Level I results were available online before I received the email.
Does the result link show in front of the website or you have to click the profile?
I had to do it through my profile if I recall.
There ia a “My Exam Info” link when you log in. Believe that should be updated once they are available
