I am a commerce graduate with MBA & I have got a 5 years of experiance in Retail Banking, Now I am desperately looking for career change.

My Specifice queries are

1 - Given my work Ex, which segment of banking is a best fit for my Long term & relevent Career Growth.

2 - Is CFA a rational choice or should I look for some other course Like FRM.

I would start with an intense English course and then move on to CFA.
