Research all the forums for posts regarding studying with children. There are good tips. For example, I study when they are sleeping, so the CFA does not necessarily interfere with them. As to the question, is it worth it? I hope so! ha ha ha Also, I think age might not be the most important factor if moving within your organization. Jumping ships and moving somewhere else might be more difficult.
