The first step you should do is to obtain an interview, just to gain some experiences and to know what is in an American job interview.
If necessary, you could hide your certificates, your degrees, your experiences,… and apply to all unrelated offers (attention, don’t apply to firms which you will apply later for interesting offers, people will recognize you 
). In interviews, ask people what they think about you, in particular about your CV,… . Maybe you will have some precious advices.
When you gain enough experiences, you can apply to more related offers.
