CFA Level 3 - Review of Prep Providers, Post 2019 Exam

At least we now have an unbiased opinion.

I used ML (LevelUp) and he didn’t bash the others and did not spend an hour on it or anything like that. He did mention the difference between ‘big box’ providers versus individuals. He also mentioned the fact that he has a CFA and others do not. Other than that, this stuff seems like a plant from a competitor which seems out of whack.

No one is asking any of you how you prepared. OP simply came in here to give his account. I don’t recall it ever being an open invitation to regurgitating your cult following for Mark Meldrum (despite my Chalk&Board affinity).

It’s baffling.

To whom are you replying?

I’m baffled.

I love to watch Bart Baker parodies on YouTube.

Nathan Ronen (Chalk & Board) is one of the best resources in preparing for the CFA exams. His disciplined and practical approach with a timeline right from day one puts the candidates in a bright spot. Nathan is always available and approachable with a timely response with necessary details. The most valuable part for CFA Level 3 prep is his essay workshops which gives sufficient practice to clear the finish line. Its never too early or too late in using Nathan Ronen’s methodology as he takes personal interest in bringing the candidate up to speed. His lectures (on demand videos) are very much engaging with no typical slideshow structure but with every practical detail that a candidate needs. As candidates very easily get overwhelmed with the detailed CFA institute curriculum, Nathan’s highly testable list of items/Learning Objectives provides a base to focus and helps candidates not to get carried away by the details in the curriculum. I used Nathan’s on demand videos a month before the exam day along with the essay workshops and found it extremely useful. Highly recommended!
