CFAI glitchy website

Guys, I’m getting tired with this buggy CFAI website. During last week everytime when i’m trying to get topic test, i encounter some problems: website is frozen, login section is not responding. I have to change browsers, reload pages several times, wating until SAML 2.0 status will update… it usually takes another 15-20 minutes of pending, and i never can be sure that this time it will work. Almost every second opened test is like miracle.

Am I the only one who experienced such problems, or this is an additional challenge in getting CFA charterholder degree?)

If you submit this issue officially, what was the answer you get? (i’m still waiting)

You’re not alone. I’m also experiencing pretty significant response delays. For example, I just tried to log on AGAIN and it’s been ‘spinning’ now for 12 minutes (its 9:20 am my time). I tried earlier (at 7 am), from my Mac which responded the same way, and so then I tried from my iPad (one on Wi-Fi and the other cellular) - I finally closed the browsers on both after roughly 10 minutes.

Now to their credit, I did wake up all stressed out at around 4:00 am, and logged on to do topic tests - a response possibly due to stress, obsessive compulsiveness, or just plain fear that if I don’t pass L2 this time, my wife might castrate me and then exile me to a barren island, whilst she drops the kids off at the grandparents’ house and fly’s off to someplace beautiful and relaxing. Oh, yes, the website WAS working then…

This has happened to me each year, no - I mean the web site, not the castration, and while I don’t recall the specifics, there was a response from the CFAI at one point saying that they were aware. Obliviously there is not going to be any concession, no matter how wronged we feel - I mean hell, look how they write the ethics questions; if they can be that untoward in their approach to ethics, we should not be surprised by an unaccommodating response regarding their failure to use Amazon’s web services for instant scalability…
