ditchdigger2CFA was shown the door (R.I.P)

but but…I never got to say goodbye… :frowning:

Didn’t this same thing happen to ProjectPlattNYC? Somehow I have the feeling we haven’t seen the end of ditchdigger.

Copyright infringement > Growth in human capital I see where the moderator’s priorities are, but calling them priorities doesn’t make it okay. Just remember what you saw here people, and in life’s travels, make ditchdigger2CFA’s tale known. Technological change includes everything that contributes to labor productivity growth and is largely dependent on growth in human capital because technology only advances as long as knowledge advances. Knowledge! An assault on knowledge is an assault on America, and an assault on ditchdigger2CFA is an assault on knowledge. Unite the clans!

Is this an econ question?

So sad. For as much as he complained, he had the right attitude. Who is going to take over his spot? We need inspiration from somewhere and the med student to my left sure isn’t doing it. Can’t wait until he’s back! BJ

never liked him anyways…

Its hard enough to remember all these CFA formulas, now I’ve got to start remembering the multiple reincarnations of my fellow AFers. My brain is full. Ditch will def be missed. Does anyone know how his temp gig at the shady commodity operation turned out?

Booo!!! Love live Ditch! Agree w/ earlier post, we basically are promoting Schweser’s materials… Dumb. Say your words quickly, this thread will most likely get removed =(

That sucks. RIP Ditch. Hopefully we’ll see you again with a new sn.

Let’s hope he becomes re-incarnated.

polesmoker2CFA? RIP Ditch

Seriously? man that sucks, Ditch definitely helped out the level 2 forums lately. Hopefully he comes back

he is watching us from a better place…

this is against the freedom of expression and a violation of first amendment

too bad, he will be missed, though I was surprised it was allowed to go on that long. faraz - I hope, for your sake, that you are not serious. And if you are, good thing you are taking CFA and not the bar.

faraz70s Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > this is against the freedom of expression and a > violation of first amendment I appreciate what he did as much as the next guy, but lets admit it: Ditch didn’t toe the line of copyright violations, he barged right over it. I agree that nearly all of us are subscribers, and its a great advertisement for those that aren’t, but he did violate a clearly stated rule. I’m surprised he got away with the Lunch Crunch for as long as he did.

They say you can’t keep a good man down. I think Ditch is still here with us. In fact, I think he is here right now under a new name.

He told me he got fed up so he’s no longer on the board. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors

It is still to be determined. The interview went great, the manager said “I’d like you on board.” and I was suppose to hear from him on Wednesday. I sent an email on Wednesday, followed up with a voicemail yesterday and still have not heard back. Though this is not uncommon, the manager gets torn in many different directions and sometimes I can’t get a hold of him. After conversing with banni, the fund is more of an absolute return model for retail investors and not a hedge fund for accredited investors.
