You probably received pop box asking you to upgrade to Bookshelf 6.7.1, do not do it. 6.7.1 is very buggy. For example, you can not select the definition in the pop up box after you click on glossary, and the text scroll randomly etc. They only thing you get with the new update is the stupid cursor.
Unfortunately I just did that and now I can’t access the books. If I click on the curriculum, it just speed scrowls through the material. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can do about this? Can/Should I delete the program from my computer and reinstall it under the old version?
I am having an issue with the new bug introduced in the 6.7.3. The size of the bookmark panel can not be adjusted now! So annoying. Anyone got the DL link to older version?
Got an email back six days I raised the issue with Vitalsource,
There is not a way to disable the pop up update notification. Version 6.7.3 was released a few weeks ago that fixes scrolling and navigation eBooks with certain eBooks that were occurring on 6.7.1 and 6.7.2. I would advise to update to 6.7.3 from our download web page >https://support.vitalsource.com/hc/en-us/articles/201344733-Bookshelf-Download-Page
It is 6.7.3 that’s still having the issue. Couldn’t fixed the issue after three updates, bring in more and more bugs every update. Can’t stop update alert. Where do they hire these people to write the software?
