Ferguson, MO

If I had a store there, I’d hire a few mercenaries and camp inside my store with a ton of ammo and weapons just waiting for a looter to come in.

I just moved from Dagobah to 123 Sesame Street. Wanted to take a picture that reflected my new homestead.

Did you see Brown family attorney’s interview last night? He actually said the factual evidence in the case does not matter, what matters is there was no justice for Michael Brown.

-WRONG: with 1000 pages of evidence, along with pictures of Officer Wilson’s injuries at the hands of Michael Brown, and eyewitness testimony from 60 people, justice was served.

The Brown family issued a statement saying their sons killer was not brought to justice. -WRONG: if you son had not committed robbery and attacked Officer Wilson, he would be alive today. Michael Brown is the only one responsible for Michael Browns death.

I saw some worked up liberal media reporter going off on a tangent, claiming white police officers in this country just go around gunning down young black males with impunity, and even got onto the liberal topic of 90% of people in prison are black. Are we really in a place now where prisons and crime have to be politically correct? Is it really white America’s fault blacks behave like animals?

does the grand jury have to come back with a unanimous decison like a jury in the trial, does anyone know?

Harlem is full of these Pro Ferguson bleeding hearts. To each their own, but it does piss me off to see streets congested even more due to these clowns laying down on the street to be heard.

9 out of 12

and there were 9 whites and 3 blacks. I don’t know how many voted which way, nor do I know how the blacks voted. I would be interested to know.

As an aside…don’t police officers know how to defend themselves? I did not realize this, but Wilson is a 6’4", 200lbs+ pound guy (with a gun) and shouldn’t have been getting his ass beat that badly that he thought he was going to die and needed to make a few holes in Brown.

However, there was no chance he was going to get indicted, typically, the prosecutor’s job is to put him under trial, but in this case they just handed the jury all the evidence and said…“decide”.

According to John Grisham, absolutely.

One thing that I will agree with the Brown family attorneys about is that there should have been a special prosecutor presenting to the grand jury. Although I don’t question his professionalism or motives, the local prosecutor is too close to the cops to present a case that will not be viewed as biased. It really should be standard proceedure in all police shootings to have a prosecutor from the state or federal government present the case to the grand jury. Although I don’t like race being such an issue, I would even go so far as to have the special prosecutor be black in cases where a white cop shoots a black civilian.

Pick this up from one of my FB friends…I guess everyone has a reason to riot at one time or another…Animals come in all colors I suppose…

yea i wonder if it will ever be made public. will certainly be interesting to see who voted for and against indictment

If there aren’t a couple of grand jurists on TV within a week talking about how unjust they thought the decision was, I think it’s save to assume that it was unanimous.

Even Ted Nugent is sounding off:

“Here’s the lessons from Ferguson. Don’t let your kids grow up to be thugs who think they can steal, assault, and attack cops as a way of life and badge of black (dis)honor. Don’t preach your racist bullshit “no justice no peace” as blabbered by Obama’s racist czar Al Not-so-Sharpton and their black klansmen.”

“When a cop tells you get out of the middle of the street, obey him and don’t attack him as brainwashed by the gangsta assholes you hang with and look up to. It’s that simple.”

For the record–I agree with him. At least this part. (He says some stuff later that just don’t make no sense.)

I went to a large diverse University and we won the national championship in a major sport while I was there. We “rioted” after the win, which basically consisted of thousands of college kids starting bon fires on fraternity house lawns and clogging up a major street. No looting or but there were some damage to store fronts. The arrests that were made were almost all locals just taking advantage of the situation.

It does seem like this is way too prevelant especially in sports culture. Looting is never ok and they are laregely criminal scumbags. When you add gunfire and arson, including setting buildings on fire, then you get a warzone. My point is dont compare a flipped car with 25 fires and gunshots over a sustained period of time.

It is my understanding from all the interviews on the local media here in St. Louis that McCulloch didn’t present anything to the grand jurors. It was his two assistants, one of which is a black male. This guy has been the prosecuting attorney for 2 decades, has been held in high regards, and went unopposed in at least one election.

I don’t think the prosecuter even wanted to bring this to a Grand Jury, but had to for political reasons. He knew there was no case.

^exactly… McCulloch would’ve been destroyed in a trial.

Again, I’m not suggesting that the prosecutor, or his assistants, did anything wrong, but having local prosecutors present a case against local cops just opens it up to claims of bias. Why not eliminate that from the equation and bring in someone from the state or federal government instead?
