I called the CFA Institute regarding this…they stated that they stopped sending out welcome packets and just send out the welcome letter as of this year.

Thanks for the details.I was quoted a price twice as much as the actual cost of the frame just for the shipping as I unfortunately live outside of the United States. Still considering it though as it looks very nice
