To be fair (and I’m no Trump acolyte):
Being a Republican, and a particularly polarizing one at that, roughly 1/3 of the country is going to post this kind of sht, no matter what he does.
If he does nothing, then he’s the President who let the virus run rampant throughout the country, and did nothing to stop it.
If he tries to contain it, then he’s the President who 1.) did nothing to stop it for a while, then 2.) took away our vital liberties (such as travel to Europe), then 3.) was ineffective at stopping it.
If he personally sold his assets, developed a vaccine AND a cure, and administered it to every citizen in the US, then he’s the President who tried to buy the Presidency with his personal funds, and you’d chalk it up to nothing more than a publicity stunt.
Again, Trump definitely has his faults. A LOT of them. But to say “You stood by and watched Americans die and did nothing!!!” is pretty unfair to the man. Especially when this is somewhat deadlier than the common cold.
