have you looked in the prisons in america? Its literally filled to the brin with people “at the bottom” of society. We chuck every colored person we can in there for anything we possibly can. We send them to prison for crack for longer than white people and coke, thats about as telling a system as there is. Im also not sure what society you are looking at where the bottom isnt “lawless” there is crime at the bottom of every society basically by definition. Poor = crime basically everywhere.

Trump tax plan sounds like a desperate short-term scheme that will widen income inequality, increase debt, not lead to much investment, and go nowhere significant long-term except speed the US collapse.
He doesnt care about making america great again, he never did. Anyone who fell for that was sorry to say a dunce. He has ALWAYS been in this for the tax breaks that ironically are aimed directly at businesses such as his. Thats what all the bravado, all the nationalistic chest pumping was about. Its been quite obvious, hes never been a social conservative, he doesnt care about those things. He just had to put on that act to get elected and give himself a large tax break.
