Donald Trump had a physical today, and he supposedly clocked in at 6-foot-3 and 239 pounds. Albert Pujols is listed at 6-foot-3, 240 pounds.
As you can clearly see, there’s no physical difference between these two men whatsoever.

He’s definitely not 6’ 3". Obama is 6’1" and they’re virtually the same height in this (and other Inauguration photos). If anything, Obama’s slightly taller.
The 239lb is VERY convenient given that it’s 1lb short of the BMI obesity threshold. My guess is that they played around with both the weight and the height to get something sorta realistic.

I’ve heard from a lot of people that Trump actually weighed in a a tad over 300. I haven’t actually looked into it myself, but judging from what people are saying his real weight and health would be absolutely shocking!
