Per my calculations, he scored 78/120 = 65%.
Wow, these scores are all band10 scores… borderline from passing!

From the percentile rankings…
And 2 people have shown results with 78/120 with 75% ethics adjustments and passed.
I can only assume I failed based on minutae of scoring… IE they applied different weightings to esoteric or challenged questions…
From what I read, the MPS score was 65.8% (79/120). You got 78 out of 120, without an ethics bumb.
So it’s true that the mps for Level 2 was much higher (around 5%) than level 1 this year
MPS for level 1 as per my calculations is around 152/240

If you share just the second page of your result, then I can approximate your score.
Thanks for sharing.
As per my calculations, your approximate score is 79/120. It could also be 78, if not 79 due to small margin of error.

Some candidates have asked me how am I calculating these approximate scores. I told them it’s a patented quantitative technique. Lol
Thanks guys for the heads up! Not even that close to mps. Feel so dumb right now
Nope - quite a a reasonable reaction to the black box of scoring visibility for the exam.
You’re right. There’s always a bogeyman to blame. If you passed would you be saying, “I can only assume I passed based on minutiae of scoring…” Probably not. You’d talk about how you studied just enough to pass. The outcome is yours and only yours, whether you like it or not. If you read how the exam is scored and the standard is set, you would realize they tell you adequate information to decide if you want to play.
You sound like a great person though.
You’re not the first person to notice, but I appreciate it nonetheless.
Was it fun to be a proctor at the exam? Was it annoying watching everyone have Smashed Avo before the exam
I’m technically a millenial, but I tend to take fault for good and bad outcomes in my life. Studying for an exam is absolutely in someone’s control when they have 6 months to 1 year to prep for it.
Enjoy your “smashed avo”. These fruits existed way before we did .
Hi guys,
I barely passed the exam, my blue line is just a bit on top of the MPS. Could some body do me a favor, estimating my score?

If I had had failed the exam, I would blame Accounting. I hate accounting to my guts and I just simply couldnt swallow the materials regardless of how much time I spent on it. My brain didnt want to accept the knowledge from Accounting.
