New way to hold executives financially responsible!

Dear fellow CFA students,

I am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program graduate, and I need your feedback on a one-page presentation which is published here: http://biz-projects.livejournal.com/2357.html This business idea, which I invented myself, has a goal to improve executives financial responsibility in mid- and large-size U.S. and Canadian corporations, thus more precisely aligning the financial interests of executives (and other key employees) on one side, and shareholders on the other side.

In some cases, my concept protects shareholders’ interests way better than “capped bonus” and “high water mark” concepts. All your suggestions, critical thoughts and pointing to the potential problems will be greatly appreciated, and I mean it! Feel free to publish your feedback in the blog, in this forum or send it to me via private messages.
