bad locker room guy. Also why Minnesota didn’t want him anymore. Now he’s a Jet. Talk about karma lol

I wonder how bad a lockerroom guy you have to be for Pete Carroll to not want you around anymore.

I’m 1-6 with the most points in the league and my last 2 losses came against teams that I’d be undefeated had I played their schedule. Every loss has been to a top 2 score of that week. It’s literally become a running joke in our league. If you set a lineup with only players on byes, you’d put up 150+ points against me this year.

Lesson learned though- always do more than 1 league. #diversification

He bodyslammed Golden Tate. To be fair, I’d like to bodyslam him too.

Cancer in the room. When a team is playing under its potential, either players or coaches get sacrificed. Apparently, Russell Wilson vouched for Harvin and tried his best to convince the team not to give up on him.

I also read that Harvin was offered to the Browns for Jordon Cameron and to the Broncos to Julius Thomas and both teams turned down the deal.

That’s hindsight. Ball by all accounts was supposed to flourish this year while a year never went by without Murray breaking a nail and being sidelined for half a season.

I drafted Murray the last 2 years and completely crossed him off my draft list this year. Being crossed off my draft list means that under no circumstances I am drafting the player. Eli has been crossed for 2 years now.

cj spiller has been crossed off mine for 4 years

any views on the games being held in London? NFL seems to be building a solid fanbase here, Sky sports are pushing it hard and there’s talk of a London Team being set up. I wonder if the fanbase would stick with it though, one thing going for a nice day out to see something new but would people really go every fortnight?

Between real Football. Cricket and Rugby, England has no space for another sport, Neither do most other nations. The moment the novelty factor goes and it starts coinciding with a real sports league like the Premier League I wouldn’t be surprised to see empty stadiums.

It would do well to displace Lacrosse.

People wouldn’t go every fortnight. It has certainly grown over the past few years, many universities and cities now have a team for example. But, the following is still not large enough to have a “London team”, loyalty is too varied as well to have a team here. The sports journalism here is awful too, apart from Nick Halling, nobody knows what they are talking about. Kev Cadle is a basketball guy, the dude on channel 5 is annoying as fuck, coverage is just poor in general. “Did you know Antonio Gates used to play basketball? He uses that big jump to get the ball”, yeah thanks for telling us the 100th time.

Although the Pats and Giants have a large fanbase in the UK, people generally support random teams and would probably not go to a permanent teams games that often. Have you been to any of the Wembley games? You’ll see a huge assortment of jerseys, I’ve even seen someone in a Browns jersey before. There isn’t enough loyalty to have a packed stadium every game. It’s still a niche sport over here, the vast majority of the public still see it as an overly- complicated version of Rugby for pansies in pads.

I’ve read several articles indicating that NFL insiders have expressed their intentions to have an NFL team in London in 5-6 years. Currently, the team most likely to move is Jacksonville.

The nfl should have left the raiders in London a few weeks ago.

wtf

Or contract them and have a 31 team league.

As bad as some teams currently are, the NFL has the perfect structure with 8 divisions of 4 teams.

scary sh*t

True, that might be why they are so reluctant to expand.

I don’t think games in London are realistic. There’s too much travel involved, and if you base a team in London…where are the UDFA/practice squad players going to come from? Every Tuesday each NFL team has tryouts for these guys…

But maybe it is possible that they could base the team in JAX and fly back and forth. NFL can afford a special plane with extra large seats for players to stretch out.

wow scary
