You can glue the hotdogs together to look like a rack of ribs.

You can also inject hotdog quality meat into a rack-o-rib shaped mold, cover it in a glaze that tastes so good it covers up the nasty ingredients, market it like crazy periodically, but only release it to the public for limited time periods so people don’t get sick of it … … and then call it a “McRib”
