Funny that this thread hasn’t headed to the lowest common denominator yet. Pineapple definitely makes many things tastier.
I guess most people in AF are pineapple pizza lovers, but hey, you know what they say, to each his own, but no pineapple for me, I think I like my tin hat.
Hawaiian pizza is great. Did you just try it for the first time recently? I’ve had many pineapple pizzas my whole life. Fruit and meat do go together often. Think of Thanksgiving hams. Oftentimes they are made with pineapple slices to enhance sweetness and flavor. A lot of different meats get fruit glazes, toppings, or sauces.

Pineapple works well on a pizza depending on what else is on it. The Upper Crust has a pizza called the “Uncommon”. Pineapple, jalapenos, and pepperoni. Ham does not belong on a pizza.

My friend showed me this adult website with a hilarious premise. In each episode, the male actor plays a pizza delivery guy. The gimmick is that the pizza box has a hole in the bottom - you can imagine what goes in there. Then, when the female customer opens the pizza box, she is “surprised”, and then stuff happens. It’s one of the funniest things ever.

Bacon doesn’t belong on pizza. There are no value added synergies, and should be permanently spun off from pizza.

Incorrect, try again I’m not one of those people who thinks that bacon belongs on EVERYTHING, but I really like it on pizza. I love the sweet + salty combination and bacon works really well with a sweet tomato sauce, just like pineapple works with ham or pepperoni
pineapple on pizza is certainly not as infinitely delicious as Domino’s Oreos Pizza, but still a strong contender
When I read the topic, I was in SHOCK that someone was actually confused about pineapples on pizza… I thought this was ridiculously popular (atleast in canada it is) it’s good, but I don’t choose it often… yeah, pineapples and ham are a great combo though also, I agree with tomatoes being a vegetable lol this debate will go on for years though
