You really need to at least break 90 degrees. But, the military usually trains to go down to someone’s fist under your chest which is further than that. I have been also trained for my chest to hit the ground. If you break 90 degrees though, you’re good. I hate seeing people not go all the way up and not go all the way down. It looks silly.

Shouldn’t be experiencing wrist pain.try angling your palms differently. If that doesn’t work then it may be that your wrists are jacked up from your non-ergonomic desktop setup. Or you need to get a Fleshlight and lighten up your fap routine.

Hmm, sounds like you have an imbalance of strength. There really is no easy fix for this but as a start you need to change up your wanking hand. Feels weird at first but once you get going it’s a whole different rhythm…
