I do agree with the recommendations that @ninja_economist gave. But what if someone unable to switch to Karachi. May be because of current situation of Karachi.What I want to ask is alternative option?

Few options outside Karachi are transaction advisory in Big 4 firm (know a couple of guys who worked in Big 4 after passing level 3 and moved to IB afterwards), couple of banks have risk management and/or treasury functions in Lahore (MCB, Alfalah, ABL etc) or you can apply for corporate finance positions in big companies headquartered in Lahore/Isb (e.g. OGDC, Fauji Foundation, PTCL etc). There are also considerable numbers of charterholders employed in corporate banking (in Khi, Lhr, Isb, Multan and Fsd). Btw fears reg Karachi’s law & order situation are over-played. If that’s the only reason holding you back, I suggest just move to Khi and restrict yourself to DHA/Clifton areas, you’ll be alright.
