This thread reminds me of this story I read somewhere online, found it again on google:
“Once upon a time a prince asked a beautiful princess “Will you marry me?” The princess said no. And the prince lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and ****** cute skinny girls and hunted and raced cars and went to naked bars and dated women half his age and drank beer, Jack Daniel´s and Captain Morgan and drank the milk from the box and never heared bitching and went to rock concerts and kept his appartment and his favourite jeans and never got cheated on while working and his family and his friends thought he was ****** cool as hell and had tons of money & left the toilet seat up. THE END.”
You rip that one off GS Elevator? But yeah, kind of agree with that. No thanks. If I were ever to get married it would have to be somebody of similar earning level/potential.
I know a couple friends (they are 50 years old on average), both financially independent, been togheter for 15 years+, never got married, have a child together, they are still together and still refer each other girlfriend/ boyfriend…
I think THAT’S romantic and show commitment to their friends and families. They are together not because of the child, not because of the piece of paper, but they truly enjoy havign each other in their lives. Granted, they may not enjoy all tax benefits, but to me, that’s the most rational thing to do in their circumstances.
Is it that you don’t care for it or you are a bit insecure with someone being down there which ruins the experience? I had one experience where i was down there for a good 5 minutes (felt like an hour though) only to find out weeks later she would just perfer the real deal.
Really? you think that kid is going to get teased because her parents are not married but still together?
How many kids these days come from broken families? We aren’t talking about kids from 20 years ago, we are talking about 2014, there are definitely more kids with troubled parents, divorced, separated, and everything in between than to pick on.
