Nope, the chicken and rice cart!

No student loans or any financial liabilites as such (thanfully!)

It seems like quite a few people are homophobic on here

All brothas are homophobes. Being gay is a white dude’s disease.

hall of fame

According to streeteasy.com there are currently 12 apartments for rent for less than $1500/mo in manhattan south of 96th st. Anyone who thinks you need to live in the ghettos of Staten Island or New Jersey in order to find an affordable apartment is clearly quite ignorant.

^ Do they mention the rat/square feet ratio?

Shoebox apartments without kitchens that no one else wants.

But how many of them are larger than 300 sq ft?

Rat/Roach infested, shoebox apartments without kitchens.

I don’t know if that was said in jest, but I want to point out that this is a common theme amongst African American culture. I learned that taking some psych course in college and it threw me for a loop.

It’s always ironic seeing people being discriminated against discriminating other people.

do u have any rich relatives? LOL

U cant be anti-gay these days. I went to a party and started talking crap about homos next thing u know I was the victim of a public lynching. These idiots made it sound like I was the evil V. It was me vs. twenty debating gay rights and whether theyre born that way.
