Well, I looked it up, and a few things made an impression to me.
-
Nomos highlights the quality of the lume, but this seems wasteful, as there are no apparently clear luminescent markers to indicate the positions of the numbers on the face in a dark environment.
-
I don’t really like how the crown guard seems added onto the case, rather than being integrated in a more seamless fashion.

According to the website, Nomos built the watch to some diving standard. Yet, the watch face does not seem like it is designed for underwater visibility, nor is there a rotating bezel. The clear case back is furthermore, an odd choice in a watch like this (but I guess it doesn’t matter if the watch has been proven to be highly pressure resistant).

For a watch of this price point, the nylon strap seems like a rip off. That had better be an especially nice nylon strap.
Overall, it seems like a half hearted attempt to capitalize on the presumably successful design of previous Nomos watches. I would stick with one of their originals.
Edit:
I found a few reviews of this watch. Watch articles are generally quite positive in reviewing most watches. However, the more I look at this, the more the nylon strap bothers me. You can see in these photos how it is fraying at the tip. This might be excusable in a cheaper watch, but not on a $4000 watch like this. Perhaps they expect customers to swap out the strap. However, they should still give you a quality one to start off with.
Also, you can see the rather prominent pinholes at the side of the lugs. Other watch brands (Rolex for instance) has done away with these holes. In fact, now that I mention it, I have an Orient Mako (which costs about $200) sitting on my desk here, and upon inspection, it has no lug holes either. It bothers me a bit, when buying a pure vanity item, when the manufacturer has skipped details like this.
The pictures also show how high the watch sits on your wrist. This seems like the style nowadays. It’s not for me, since I have relatively small wrists, but for this watch and a different person, it could work pretty well.

Overall, if I had to choose one watch, this would not be it. The Nomos style is quite unique and no one wants to be yet another Omega Seamaster guy. So if you like the watch, your opinion is as good as mine. I would at least consider one of the core Nomos watches though, as these seem to be a bit more pure, both in style and in purpose.
