ugh…this thread started of wacky, but I played along…now I feel as if I literally hear a truck delivering sugar and a big ventilation machine rustling into motion - ready to perform a strong blowing draft projecting the sugar grains at various orifices…

RR, I appreciate your reaction to the encouragement to post more academic-y things here on AF. On the whole, I think it’s a good move.

On the other hand, a piece of advice, which you can take or leave, is to space it out a bit. Don’t flood us with so much stuff that we think “ah, it’s another RR piece, just like the one 60 minutes ago.” Also, keep an eye on the level of plausibility.

Birthmarks saying things about past lives sounds a bit like astrology, which can be fun to talk about, but it’s generally good to give a sense about whether you think it’s something serious to consider, or just an interesting thing to talk about.
