CvM your replies are getting rather pathetic. why would I care about what you do in your personal life and also considering that has 0 to do with what we’re talking about. it comes to you are now just a troll here. you made your angry remarks. are you done?
“Hacksaw” is a term popularized on AnalystForum that is used to describe what someone should do to one’s nutsack if you didn’t attend a top 2 university or graduate school
I still am not sure if what you described would screen for the qualities I suggested above. I’m under the impression most people grind hard for an interview. But maybe I give too much credit to my competition. I could see word of mouth being valuable
There’s a lot of resume dropping and cold contacting which gets filtered for “reasonable level candidates”. Unfortunately, since they lack the bandwith called time to screen so many people, the only thing they can do is use shortcuts to process 500 applicants down to 25 or so.
They then give some gruesome interview to those 25 to shape out 5 - 15 that might have half a brain according to prescribed standards / didn’t overly embellish resume. From there, they have the candidates do 30+ hour work/interviews while most have a full time job (some probably working 80+ hrs already) and hope at least one shows a glimmer of hope.
So you’re talking about different stages. There’s MEGA FILTER --> Secondary Junk Filter --> A time akin to fraternity pledging period --> offer. You’re talking about the filtering while he’s talking about the pledging period. I forget what the exact term is but it’s basically a week of hell where you don’t sleep and wonder if there’s life at the end of the tunnel.
Actually thinking about it now, I’d probably kill myself if I were interviewing with multiple firms and they asked me to look at say SUNE, AIG, and CHK. Different industries with different parts of the capital structure and ways to play it.
Who wouldn’t want to destroy a thick girl from behind? It’s not that they are black, it’s human (male) nature. Women, w/o curves, are boring and we all know it.
I explained to an ex long ago that - when viewed from behind - size is relatively unimportant. What’s important is the shape: horse shaped is good, cow shaped is not.
This gf had bi tendencies. She told me that she had never thought about it that way, but after doing some exploring a bit herself, she agreed with me 100%.
