1a)Glocap has been sending me spam mail for the past decade almost.

1b) Never got anything from them.

  1. I have a big list of RIA’s, but no actual book. I could call these guys, and try to place MF’s. But otherwise, I’m not a sales guy.

Is this a one year salaried positions at least?

I signed up a few months back and get hit with all these interesting positions but I have yet to apply.I did email the head of one of the recruiting departments and she got back to me with a very detailed email to improve my resume & skills for a particular position.

The position is probably half salary half comp / bonus. I think the projection is 110-120k all in (half will be taxed at 45%).

^Exactly, although the headhunter tried to describe it as a revolutionary role aka hybrid. I am not but i figured i would pass along the opp if anyone is interested.

No, you don’t need a book to be an internal.

I thought you would have tried this route already. When all else fails, try sales.
