The verdict does not represent Fact Check’s personal opinions, solely logical statements and facts indicating the existance of “conceivable reasons” whether we personally accept them or not. The initial claim was that there was no “conceivable reason,” perhaps we should revisit the dictionary. (From MW : capable of being conceived : imaginable). By the simple virtue of creating these reasons, I have logically disproven your claim as false, whether you choose to agree with them or not.
"So, according to the DOJ, they simply get to decide on this condition.
The “sporting purposes” caveat is an important exemption, as every bullet designed to ethically kill a deer or other big-game animal (whether from a pistol, rifle or shotgun) will also shoot through a bulletproof vest. If all bullets that could potentially shoot through a cop’s bulletproof vest were banned, then hunting—at least ethical hunting with firearms—would cease. Also, shooting competitions and more would effectively be terminated."
Greatest waterfoul guns: four of thirteen are pumps, the remainder? Semi-automatic.

Top 10 slug big game rifles: five are pump, two are semi.
Self explanatory, a “conceivable” reason exists. Failure to agree with something does not cause it to cease existing.
Haven’t you ever seen a group of a few hundred birds and want to send out a few thousand bullets after them because the date of this day is America?
This was a great NYT article, “What Explains U.S. Mass Shootings? International Comparisons Suggest an Answer”
Humans keep getting less violent as a whole, but one asshola can now cause way more damage than years ago. It’s the nature of combining technological advancement with the fact it’s easier to make a mess than to clean it up, some day some “lone wolf” will kill many thousands of people, or more, the way things are going.
Firstly, LMAO at Black Swan sh i tting the bed with his Fact Check account.
Secondly, the argument about “maybe we should also ban vehicles” blah blah blah has no place on a forum dedicated to analysts. Whether or not a vehicle can be used to kill is totally separate to the debate on guns. It’s like saying that if you get gonorrhea from shagging some tart against the bins outside your local pub there’s no point getting the antibiotics from the doctor because there’s also a risk that you could get the herp from another tart you may or may not shag at a later point in time.
Lastly, and this is something I only really came to appreciate after a few years living in the US: the damage has already been done. The dye has been cast. The guns are already out there and will never be retrieved without an all out war. The culture is such that hysterical patriotism extends to bleating constantly about how amazing and free the country is and treating the flag with the reverence usually only displayed by insane dictatorships but yet that patriotism doesn’t extend to implementing a healthcare system that would be hugely beneficial to your countrymen. Americans are quite happy for their countrymen to die in mass shootings day after day as long as that means that they themselves can still own guns for their own protection.
We need guns to protect us from universal healthcare.
once the deep state is eradicated these types of incidents will go away. mark it down.
I marked it down right next to where I marked down that Podesta will be arrested on Nov 4th and whatever other drivel you posted.
