Age limit to take up CFA/FRM

Hi Everyone,

I am planning to do CFA/FRM, I am 28 years old and will turn 29 by July 2018. I would like someone to advise me the age till which a person can opt CFA/FRM to get a job in Finance. Your kind help and advise would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Swaminathan

When the 107+ crowd comes to your front door with pitchforks and torches, don’t come cryin’ to me!

What’s the point of sitting for it after 93?

I took it after giving birth to my fourth child .

The CFA Institute has some posts about this. Usually someone in their 70s is sitting for the exams.

Just guessing from when I took Level 3 last year, there were several people well into their 60s at our site.

I know someone who was 96 and was offered a job post mortem. Like someone showed up to their funeral and gave them a finance internship. True story.

^ I heard a similar story… Goldman showed up to this guy’s funeral and dropped a bonus check (2X potential salary) in his coffin, discounted back to present value of course.
