It really depends on your level of responsibility and location, but those numbers look okay. Where are you located? What are your responsibilities?

I’m basically a long/short hf analyst responsible for idea generation, modeling, etc. at a fund in a major city but not NYC (so Boston/Chicago/SF/LA).
