do we have any idea (probably not) what the answer was to this question? I can’t even remember the details now, but it had to do with CCO temporarily reporting to CIO and board?
No one knows for certain, but I indicated the reporting relationship wasn’t okay and scored >70 in ethics, which I realize isn’t any sort of guarantee I was correct. Anyway, the link below has further discussion on this question. Also, you may want to revisit section D(2) on p.210-211, and question 1 on p.219 relating to Bornelli Asset Management. The answer is on p.A-14. http://www.analystforum.com/phorums/read.php?13,1007670,1008838#msg-1008838

I passed but I got 50-70 on ethics, which I don’t understand considering I thought I mastered the code’s subtleties. whatever, water under the bridge now I guess.
