I recently purchased Apptuto for CFA Level II (having used it for Level I).
Because of some kind of error, my account is stuck on Level I.
I’ve sent several messages via the in-app messenger (‘typically replies in a day’), and also to their Facebook account, however no reply… I can’t find another email or phone number to contact them, and it’s been almost a week now.
Does anyone have any additional contact information for Apptuto? Or am I missing something, is it no longer running?
