Apptuto - Contact Info?

Hi all,

I recently purchased Apptuto for CFA Level II (having used it for Level I).

Because of some kind of error, my account is stuck on Level I.

I’ve sent several messages via the in-app messenger (‘typically replies in a day’), and also to their Facebook account, however no reply… I can’t find another email or phone number to contact them, and it’s been almost a week now.

Does anyone have any additional contact information for Apptuto? Or am I missing something, is it no longer running?

They never reply to the messages. Looks like, they might be on holidays and don’t check their emails.

Unless they revamped their Qbank for L2, I thought apptuto was pretty terrible at L2
