Does anyone know anything about this certification? Like how hard is the exam? How long should u study for it? Do you need work experience to obtain the accreditation? Thanks.
You need 5 years full-time valuation experience to get ASA. Two years for AM. Basically, you take four one week courses with an exam after each. The exams are supposed to be very easy at least compared to the CFA.
Thanks Thommo.
Adding to question above… Is their work different from PE/M&A, or it’s some other way to get into PE/M&A? Although, it does sounds cool atleast.
