I have a solution! Nerdy should donate one of his lungs to a 18yo while he waits to turn 80yo when he will donate his heart to a younger (probably higher NPV) individual.
I finally know someone who got reinfected. apparently reinfection rates are rising. it currently sits around 0.5%. still rare, but an exponential increase from our last convo.
