I know these are completely different tests, but would it be plausible to say that passing all 3 levels of the CFA exam is equivalent to passing, let’s say the California bar exam. How do you tell a law school grad who has passed the bar exam, the difficulty of the CFA exams?
Thats like comparing the MCAT to the CFA.
You could try comparing pass rates. http://www.protectconsumerjustice.org/california-bar-exam-pass-rates-by-law-school.html Of course, the Bar exam is given after 3 full years of law school instead of self study.
I’ve done both CFA and Cal bar (can’t resist, 3/3 and 1/1). Other than obvious differences (e.g. 1 day/yr vs 3 days in a row) I rate them as equal in difficulty.
What kind of work are you doing now ?
He must be making CDOs!
