Best Online US Legal Real Money Poker Sites?

No that’s blom.

Viktor Blom is Isildur

Tom Dwan is Durrr.

viktor blom is psycho and i’m talking pycho levels upwards of infinity. If you want to see craziness check out the week where he massacres dwan for his entire bankroll, they say dwan had to borrow from Ivey to rebuild it. Dude was multi-tabling the pros Ivey, Antonius etc at the same time and they had to collude to beat him.

Incredible player for both the purists and the degenerates but that style is no way going to leave you net +. If pokerstars hadn’t picked him up i dount we’d have seen him at such high stakes after the pro’s busted him.

first video i saw of blom live - hilarious

also the 3 most annoying things in poker must be the overuse of the term bluff instead of aggression, people who wear shades and the idiots who ask for a massage at the table.

got 2nd out of 210 people tonight in a low stakes tournament. The heads up always kills me, had pair of Kings, lost to a higher kicker so not too much of a mistake but made 25x buy in vs 35x buy in for the winner.

Tournaments seem kind of risky; sometimes I barely make it in the money. It’s pretty amazing to see some pros go to the final table consistently.

So your AF handle is a deliberate merging of the two poker guys names? Ahhh it all makes sense now

i can’t access 888 - yeah it’s ridiculous how limited the options are in the land of the free and home of the brave

nice job, what site do you play, live in nj?

Most major tournaments are geared for high level of play and with deep stacks. Most local tournamnemnts have 15 minute-20 minute levels and it becomes an all-in fest pretty quickly and these types of tournaments are just to get players back at the cash tables.

What site do you play on?

I played a ring event at Harrahs in AC this year. I can’t get the pacing of tournaments down. I like cash games, because I can win hands and leave. I guess I don’t like the grind of having to stay in it all the time. I like the touch and go nature of cash games and picking your spots without some overarching time table of where you’re at chip count compared to the rest of the people and blind raises.

I don’t live in nj- it was on carbon poker

Yeah tournaments take a bit of patience. I want to play a live event - they look fun.

I dumped a few gs at the 5/10 table last night losing with k 10. All in on the turn, 90% favorite, queen on the river to complete the boat

do they take us deposits?

yeah it’s legal in most us states

got 1st in a small world poker tour event this weekend. 32 entrants. first time on the tables - got lucky.

sometimes better be lucky than good

yeah my weakness is that I am a bit over-aggressive … I lose on kickers and stuff early in the wpt game I was up against this latina chick - had AK so raised triple BB. She calls. 2 8 A hits. I call all in - she has A 9 and calls and loses early. 5 min later, I get A 7 , raise double BB as its not that great, this other blonde chick calls and 2 4 7 hits. I have high card high kicker so call all in. She shows her cards and has QQ. ha. I thought I was about to lose a lot of chips (I have 2x everyone at this point). Turn shows an A (so I have 2 pair ace high now) and she doesn’t catch a queen … tournament kind of went like that until this dude called my all in with pocket rocket only holding 9 7 with 10 6 showing. He catches the straight and I was short stacked for a bit until I won later that night. — played an $11 entry $5K gtd deep on Carbon tonight - 610 people - got 3rd. Was so frustrating because top 3 was: 1. $1189 2. $780 3. $477

I was so close to getting $1K from eleven bucks. oh well… next time. —

Yeah Carbon takes US deposits; however, Carbon poker is getting backed up on payouts, I think they are crashing in terms of managing money. Its taking so long to cash out now. I would be hesitant to recommend them anymore. Its sad because it was one of my favorite sites. Betonline still seems good for payouts as does Bovada. However, betonline has high fees to cash out. The interface of Betonline is kind of crappy, but they have usernames. I like the interface of Bovada better, but it is anonymous. It kind of makes me want to move outside the US to play Pokerstars (illegal in US). I really like their platform and volume.
