@Roberto I saw Real Estate in the city last year or maybe the year before when they opened for the Shins. I thought their album was good, but they didn’t have much energy live.
Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young (and just Young himself)
Creedence Clearwater Revival
Zac Brown Band
Charlie Daniels Band
Alabama
I would avoid Pink Floyd. Puts me right to sleep.
Of course drinking music is always fun… J Buff, ZBB, lots of country
I tend to turn on the Skrillex Pandora station and just let it rip. Also any 80s type one hit wonder-ish music - Taco (Puttin on the Ritz), Wall of Voodoo (Mexican Radio), Thomas Dobly (She Blinded Me with Science), Men Without Hats (Safety Dance), Men at Work (Land Down Under)
This is practically required on any road trip. In fact top 100 one hit wonders of the 80s would pretty much do it in case I get too busy to find the rest of the songs.
I saw them when they came to Cleveland…maybe a year and a half ago.
They played a small venue and had a decent amount of energy - but yeah, the music isn’t going to put you to sleep but it isn’t gonna make any of my workout playlists, probably.
I took the audio of all the s3x tapes I made over the years, combined into one disc, and listen to that for like 3 hous. Brings back a lot of memories.
