People are betting their views. Even in landslide elections like 2016 with the electoral college being lopsided you have a 46%/48% split. So to the extent that the betting line is showing 50/50 its probably once again representing the average bettor confusing the election with a popular vote.
It’s worth noting that Hillary epically mismanaged her campaign and Trump ran it well. I think Buttigieg’s play on Iowa, betting the farm on a good result there was super astute and goes to show that his campaign chops may be severely underrated.
I believe the political betting markets are inefficient. I went to bet against them to make money a while back but the fees were way too high relative to what I could bet on the stuff I believed was wrong.

Very sad. You can see how they really feel about blacks by both their words and their actions, like how unhappy they were when President Trump spoke of record low unemployment during the state of the union. To them, black votes matter, nothing else.
