big 4 advice

Hi,

please advice if anyone know, how is it possible to get into Big 4 in another country w/o currently being employed there. I’m alumni.

In general, I’m not meaning Europe or US/ Canada. Perhaps it is easier to get somewhere in Asia, South Africa or Latin America.

That’s the general requirement to getting a job in Big 4 in the US for audit/tax. Advisory is a bit of a different story.

Agree, I worked in Big4 overseas and had no experience but got a job as I had a pulse.

In reality actually, they do have pretty highish standards to get into big4. It’s not near banking standards, but higher than your run of the mill accounting/finance job in industry. And you do learn quite a lot, although never actually become an expert in anything.
