CAIA and/or FRM for a CFA Charterholder

Hi

I recently (2012-2014) completed the CFA program. Now I am considering maybe to learn even more - would you say that it´s worth doing CAIA and/or FRM for a CFA Charterholder? If yes, which one? Both?
