Hello candidates and charterholders,

Having completed CFA in 2013, I am now thinking of studying for CAIA Level 1. I would appreciate if you guys could let me know your experience on study materials.

For CFA I used the Schweser books and only used the CFA books for Ethics. Would this be similar?

I had a flick through my buddys lnotes and the material seems to be quite interesting so now just looking for tips on the best way to study and pass at the first attempt.

I studied using both Schweser and CAIA official books and they were more than enough to me to pass. My main tip is to read the material and to do as many questions as you can.
