CAIA Level II studying

Hi,

i decided to study using the CAIA materials. Just taking a flip through the core and integrated topics book and it appears to be mostly case studies. Is this meant to just supplement the material in the text and enhance understanding, or should I be taking notes on these studies for specific questions on the exam?

Take specific notes, and familiarise yourself with them just as if they are from the first textbook. You will be asked specific questions on these case studies. Also, they are interesting and supplement the core reading well.
