Unprepared for L2 June 14. want to take next year. Am i allowed to do so.?

You can defer it as long as you want.
You will, however, forfeit your exam fee.

It’s only February. Take a day off, then get back into the books. Way too soon to be giving up.
last year i wasnt sure if i would be able to take the exam so i emailed cfai and stated the reason (legit) and they said they will refund me the money. luckily everything worked out and i never had to ask for my money back.
i think it depends on the situation and when you try to get your money back. i inquired about it last february
i was on medic and recently receoverd (not fully). Dont want to lose hard earned money.
whats the procedure. do we have to fill in any form…?

You will have to pay deferral fee again in the next exam which will be the registration fee I believe.
Got blown off on the deferral as well even with a doctor’s letter indicating the severity of my diagnosed condition…they will sympathise but not defer or refund…oh well, things change between signing up and right now health will have to come first 
got a lot of trips to the medics for the next few months…guess, will repay when I’m ready…I wish I had sat it out till June 2015…anyway, it’s the right thing to do to tell them what’s happening…If it’s any comfort they do tell you that alot of people in ‘severe’ circumstances still wind up not getting deferred…still upsetting though…
You would have to enroll again for the exam and will have to pay the fee again . You can’t adjust the fee for this exam to the next exam. Take care…
