He then panicked and retracted the invitation when busloads of people started arriving at the Canadian border to take him up on the offer, eager to live in a country where the leader wasn’t a racist

This time round, the Canadians are ready and they’ve been fortifying the border, because it’s only racist when Trump does it.

“We started planning because we knew that there were a lot of people in the United States who will
fear to be deported, and if that happens, they won’t wait for the Trump administration to seize power,
it’s more likely that they will attempt to cross into Canada from now in the next few weeks until he

Reportedly, the Canadians are planning to return those fleeing the bad Orange Man to the US, under the `safe third country’ agreement, because it’s only racist when Trump does it.

Edit: Added: it would mean Tom Homan (who is due to replace Kamala as Border Czar) won’t have to round the illegals up if prime minister blackface is nice enough to hand them over

if they thought last time was bad. this time the agenda is mass domestic deportations.

in addition to the entire government, presidency, senate, house, supreme courts, lower courts. they are at the mercy of the trump.

i have family/friends that dont have papers. not really liking this stuff. closing the border is one thing, but deporting those here is quite another.

57.3 percent of respondents approve of Greenland becoming part of the U.S.
Just 37.4 percent disapproved of the potential acquisition
and 5.3 percent are undecided about the move.

The article highlights the small sample size (416), but the population of Greenland is only what 56,865 (2023)

The way forward seems to be for the Greenlanders to get independence from the colonial power (Denmark) then have a referendum on joining the US as a territory.
